Day one Lyon: Arrival and discovery of the city

Meet with your Native English speaking driver who will accompany you to your hotel in the center of Lyon. The day is spent touring the city with your private guide. You will visit the famous “Old center” of Lyon, and enjoy a walking tour of the city's highlights. No visit to Lyon is complete without dinner at a Bouchon Lyonnais, which will come personally recommended from your guide based on your own preferences. Each guide has an extensive knowledge of Lyon to recommend only the best.

Day two Chamonix: Alpes and mountain exploration

Your guide will pick you up in the morning in your private car. You will drive for about 2 hours to arrive in the traditional mountain village of Chamonix. The rest of the morning will be spent freely visiting the village. After lunch at a traditional mountain restaurant, you will begin your afternoon activity of Via Ferrata with a certified mountain guide. Via ferratta is a thrilling mix of climbing and hiking which includes scaling a mountain horizontally, while remaining securly attached. After your exciting afternoon, dinner may be enjoyed at a traditional fondue restaurant, followed by a night in a mountain chalet.

Day three Chamonix: Morning canyoning and an afternoon nature hike

Your driver will pick you up and accompany you to the Canyon de Ternèze, a 15 minute drive from Chamonix. You and your licensed canyoning expert will descend the canyon for two hours. After exploring another unique perspective of France, your guide will then take you to a picnic spot before you continue with a moderate hike through the picturesque Alpes. Dinner may be programmed for Chamonix or one of the smaller surrounding villages, according to personal preference.

Day four Chamonix: Visit the Mont Blanc mountain

In the morning you will enjoy breakfast, and then head out to take the world-famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, which will take you soaring into the mountains at 12,600 ft! The visit of the mountain will last for 4 hours. In the summer lunch may be held at the “3842m” restaurant. Highlights of this trip include taking a "step into the open" where you observe what is below you through a reinforced clear glass window. After you descend the mountain, the rest of the afternoon is free to explore at your own liberty.

Day five Yvoire: Visit the Lac Leman

Your guide will accompany you in the morning on a 1 hour 30 min. drive to the next destination of your voyage. You will head to Yvoire, close to the border of Switzerland. Yvoire is a stunning lakeside village which is located directly on the famous Leman Lake. You will spend the morning exploring freely and walking the picturesque village cobble stone pathways. After lunch in Yvoire, you will rent kayaks and have the opportunity to visit the immense Lake. Dinner is to be held in Geneva, followed by a guided night tour of the famous city.

Day six Yvoire: Boating the Lac Leman

You will rent a boat with your guide who will allow you to explore in depth this fantastic mountain lake. Enjoy visiting numerous lakeside villages, as well as relax while enjoying music, drinks and stunning mountain scenery. Dinner will be taken after your return to Yvoire.

Day seven: Depart from Lyon or Geneva

Your guide/driver will accompany you to your departure location and facilitate any transport to the airport or to another connecting tour. All prices include accomadations, transport and tours. Meals are not included.
